My competency in this area lies at the foundational level. My use of technology is varied in my different positions. I am very knowledgeable in common programs such as Microsoft office and am able to use banner, blackboard and different social media platforms. Through my internship experience with McNair I have been able to use programs to further expand my knowledge of publisher to create advertisements and promotional materials. Additionally, my work at Medaille College has allowed me to become well versed in using programs for database management of students specifically the program Student Access.

Outside of various computer software I am able to troubleshoot and problem solve for minor technological issues. I expect my development to excel in this area as I become introduced to the different technological aspects that are used in higher education.
